We offer Local Delivery from our Muskoka Location on Fridays. Orders must be placed before 2pm EDT on Thursdays for us to process and prepare your order for Friday.

At Skye Flowers, all Fresh Flowers are Final Sale.  In the event there is a problem with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours.

For Home Decor and Other Items, we currently do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is an error with your order, or the item purchased is defective, we will gladly offer you an exchange for another item on our website, up to the value of the cost of your original purchase, within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s).

Flower Care

How to care for your beautiful orchids. Orchids will require water every 5-10 days depending on the size of your orchids. Multiple stems will be that you must water each individual orchid equally. Please please the orchids in a well lit area of your home. With lots of light, not in direct sunlight.  Make sure there is room for the orchid to breathe, best not to put in a corner. To water orchidsTest soil after about 5-7 days to see if the soil is dry or damp. If it’s dry, it’s time to add some water.  

1/4 cup of water per orchid - see where stem enters the leaves/soil. Pour water carefully into each one. Check every 5-7 days - mini orchids do dry out faster and may need more frequent care. Blooms can be trimmed as they dry out.

Upon receipt, check water levels as some spillage may have occurred during transportation. Add cold water as needed. Add fresh water every day. Immediately remove dead or wilting leaves and stems. Fresh arrangements should last 5-7 days.

 Fresh roses boxes require very little care and maintenance. Add water if required after 4-5 days. Fresh rose boxes last 7-10 days depending on the rose variety and environment.

Forever roses are real roses that have been preserved. Do not water! Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods and humid locations. Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems. They are delicate and can be damaged easily. Gently dust as needed. Forever Roses will last a year or more.

We offer express shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup. Some products are unavailable for express shipping due to fragility and freshness. If the product you are buying is unavailable for shipping, please contact us for other options.

Right now, we deliver locally on Fridays. Your order must be placed on Thursday by 2pm EST to be eligible for that Friday's delivery.
