At Skye Flowers, all Fresh Flowers are Final Sale. In the event there is a problem with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours.

For Home Decor and Other Items, we currently do not offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is an error with your order, or the item purchased is defective, we will gladly offer you an exchange for another item on our website, up to the value of the cost of your original purchase, within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s).
